How do you feel the pandemic has changed the world of work for in-house counsel and the function of the general counsel?
The pandemic has significantly impacted the way lawyers work, both in-house and in private practice. The main changes can be found in remote-working and videoconferences, but also in the variety of legal issues that needed to be addressed.
If you had to give advice to an aspiring in-house lawyer or general counsel, what would it be and why?
I would just say that it is the best job in the world, especially because it offers you the possibility to directly take part in all the activities of the company.
