Career Biography

Florencia Arancibia is a Chilean senior in-house counsel with more than 14 years of experience in the
telecommunications, corporate, real estate, and financial sectors. She specializes in complex corporate
transactions, project finance, and debt restructuring, including cross-border insolvency proceedings under
Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and international corporate reorganizations(such as cross-border M&A
and foreign entity wind-downs). She also brings extensive experience in critical network infrastructure
agreements, national roaming, RAN sharing, site construction, leases, asset sales, and MVNO arrangements, as
well as in leading strategic litigation.Since March 2016, Florencia has been an integral part of WOM Chile’s legal leadership, initially serving as Senior In-House Counsel before being appointed as Legal Affairs Manager in early 2024. In this role, she leads a team
of 12 lawyers and reports directly to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.
