Consulting all team members and business partners is essential to evaluate all variables and reach the most balanced outcome. Understanding the organisation’s main goals and objectives will guide us in achieving long-term success with resilience.

The main emerging technology is the implementation of AI and how to find a balance between its advantages and disadvantages in our day-to-day work.
How do you prioritize diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?
During recruitment for our team, we work without any bias, including race, age, gender, and so on. Another initiative is using blind CVs to avoid preliminary judgement.
