How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?

We always work in partnership with several different functions, getting all the information available to evaluate the impact in our operation aiming at delivering the best to our customers (internally and externally).

In your opinion, what are the main trends that are salient in your country currently?

Nowadays, the main trends are the geopolitical impact of the decisions being taken by the governments around the world. For the legal function, it is critical that we are prepared to address the applicability of the local laws in the different jurisdictions that we operate.
