Jeremy Connick’s focus on infrastructure transactions in African jurisdictions has led him to become known as a specialist with particular expertise in the fields of energy, natural resources and infrastructure. In addition to his Africa work, Connick has a particular strength on UK power generation matters, including renewable energy, allowing him to expertly advise on advice on a broad range of transactions including commercial contracts, joint venture arrangements and various forms of lending, including project and acquisition finance. With particular relation to Africa, Connick represented the developers of the first private sector wind farm development in sub-Saharan Africa, encompassing a number of developments in Cape Verde.
