Career Biography

I am a corporate lawyer from the University of San Martin de Porres, with a Master’s degree in Business Law from UPC, Leadership training from AOTS in Japan, Management training from Harvard University, and Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. I am an auditor in Integrated Management Systems, with experience in consulting and in the commercial and industrial food sector. I joined AJINOMOTO DEL PERÚ S.A. in 2000 and served as Administration Manager and as Legal Manager from 2007. My achievements include the legal regularisation of the 125,000 m² property and the urban development permit for the Callao plant, the establishment of branches in Bolivia, Chile, and Colombia, the implementation of a series of strategies to combat counterfeit products and protect our product brands to position them in the Andean Region, the implementation of compliance programs, and, in general, providing legal representation, ensuring the company’s operations, and creating value for our organisation.
