Spotlight On: My Career

I was appointed as legal and external affairs analyst for British American Tobacco (BAT) for Paraguay and Uruguay in 2019 and later promoted to legal and external affairs executive for Paraguay & Uruguay in 2021 and, subsequently, as head of legal and corporate affairs for Paraguay in 2023.

Prior to joining BAT, I worked for prestigious local law firms, specialising on corporate law, foreign investments, compliance and IP matters, participating also in commercial forums of clients and decision-making of strategies to comply with local legislation as well as engaging with authorities considering experience of working at embassies.

Also, starting this year, I am part of a group of ambassadors in BAT to promote in women empowerment within the company.
