What are the key projects that you have been involved in over the past twelve months?
I am co-leading the legal team’s project to adopt and scale AI, as well as part of the creation of the team’s plan for 2030 – supporting Nordea’s new strategy. I also worked on the industry-wide mortgage interest rate change case (EFTA decisions).
>What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel? What key trends – and challenges – should in-house lawyers be monitoring over the next year?
Some key trends and challenges include the issue of whether we’re seeing a decay of the rule of law; the continued focus from authorities on resilience and security; an increase of regulation protecting customers in digital services; and enhanced accountability for AI.
