As the Head of Legal, for Consumer Relationships, I work hand in hand with our excellent Everyday Banking, Mass Affluent and UK Private Banking leadership teams and businesses: supporting products, propositions, channels, payments and operations matters. We advise on everything from day-to-day banking, channels and core services, through to cutting edge developments, innovative products and channels, as well as leading on major strategic, regulatory change and transformation projects.  I feel very privileged to oversee an amazing team who care deeply about all the great work we do, helping Britain prosper.
