Telmex’s legal team negotiated and concluded an agreement with the government of Mexico City to provide the technical support and service through its internet of things, cloud and other service platforms to facilitate Ciudad Segura and Ciudad Digital, the government’s new security system and digital connectivity programs.
In 2018, Telmex signed an alliance agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise through its subsidiary Aruba Networks, this was in order to combine expertise on Wi-Fi systems to reduce costs and increase speed.
Additionally, Telmex signed an agreement with the Mexican Association of Hotels and Motels to offer technical solutions, products and telecommunication services to its member hotels.
