Paola is Head of Legal for Italy and EMEA Direct-to-Consumer at EssilorLuxottica, overseeing complex matters across retail, consumer law, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, med-tech and real estate. In her EMEA role, she coordinates legal activities for the Direct-to-Consumer business across multiple jurisdictions, supporting business growth while navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. Paola works closely with business and corporate stakeholders on strategic real estate projects involving retail stores, offices, and industrial facilities. She also supports the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation on national and international initiatives aimed at expanding access to vision care in underserved communities. Recognised for her pragmatic and business-oriented approach, Paola combines legal expertise with commercial acumen to help manage risk.
