Career biography

Graduated with highest honours in Law from the University of Florence, I completed my legal traineeship before furthering my education in Corporate Finance and Business Administration through executive programmes at IFAF School of Finance and SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Since 2014, I have worked within corporate organisations and business groups, specialising in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, including consumer protection, data privacy, Legislative Decree 231/2001, antitrust, energy law, contract management, and legal process auditing.

I have been actively involved in complex corporate transactions, including M&A and real estate deals, advising alongside leading national and international market players and conducting negotiations and legal activities in English.

I currently serve as Head of Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs at NWG Italia and NWG Energia.
