Luca Chiama Legal Director, Prada Group | Head of Legal, Luna Rossa Challenge Luca Chiama is a seasoned legal executive with over 25 years of experience leading legal and corporate affairs departments for publicly listed multinational groups operating across international markets. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in high-stakes international transactions, demonstrating expertise as a skilled negotiator and strategic leader. He has successfully coordinated IPOs, M&A transactions, corporate governance initiatives, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial and industrial reorganisations, working with cross-functional international teams. In 2008, he joined the Prada Group as Head of Legal, progressively assuming roles of increasing responsibility before being appointed Legal Director of the Group. Legal Manager of the Luna Rossa sailing team since the 36th America’s Cup, he has been appointed Head of Legal for the 38th edition, scheduled to take place in Naples in 2027. Prior to joining Prada, he held key positions at Tiscali Group, serving as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Tiscali Italia S.p.A. and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has also served as Board Member, Secretary to the Board of Directors, and Liquidator for various Italian and international companies. Pragmatic and forward-thinking, Luca is a firm believer that corporate identity and culture are essential drivers in navigating the evolving challenges and opportunities of today’s business landscape.
