Career Biography

I’m a dual-qualified solicitor and avvocato with over two decades of experience in legal leadership within the luxury and consumer sectors. My career journey has spanned private practice at Clifford Chance, followed by in-house roles at Geox, Technogym, and Furla, where I built and led global legal functions.

At Furla, I served as General Counsel, essentially acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping legal operations across 90+ countries. This involved everything from corporate governance and international expansion to e-commerce, IT, GDPR, IP strategy, and M&A.

My tenure at Stella McCartney, where I’m currently General Counsel, has been defined by significant transformation. I initially guided the Italian subsidiary through a new operating model, then built the global legal function from scratch. This involved establishing new governance, processes, and a fresh legal strategy tailored for a global, standalone fashion brand.

A core part of my recent achievement has been navigating the complexities of a major reorganisation – specifically, moving the business out of a large corporate group and into an independent structure. This meant rebuilding legal frameworks, streamlining operations, and ensuring all legal aspects, from IP to privacy and supply chain, supported a more agile, entrepreneurial model.

Ultimately, my strength lies in empowering businesses to thrive. I excel at simplifying complex legal challenges, anticipating risks, and crafting solutions that are both legally sound and commercially smart.
