Career biography

Francesco was born in Naples in 1978, he is married with two daughters.

He graduated in Law from the “Federico II” University of Naples and earned a Master of Laws cum laude from the Amsterdam Law School of the University of Amsterdam, where he was also a Ph.D. student in “Competition Law and Economics.”

He carried out research and teaching activities at the Department of European Legal History of the “Federico II” University of Naples, the European Network for Competition and Regulation in The Hague, the Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics, and the European University Institute in Fiesole.

He has been a lawyer since 2006. From 2007 to 2015 he worked at the law firm BonelliErede, dealing primarily with Antitrust, Market Regulation, and European Corporate Law.

In 2015 he co-founded the consulting firm Comin & Partners, focusing on regulation and institutional advocacy.

In 2017 he joined TIM, where he served as Director of Institutional Affairs.

He joined the Poste Italiane Group in May 2019 as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Relations with the Authorities.

From September 2022 he held the role of Head of Procurement.

Since September 2024 he has been Head of the Legal Affairs function at Poste Italiane.
