Career biography

Fabrizia Fiandaca is Managing Director, Board Member, and Vice President & Head Legal Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line Group Italy, the Italian affiliate of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH), supporting the Group’s shipbuilding activities through the oversight of legal, compliance, governance, and business operations.

Qualified Italian lawyer with a Ph.D. in Business Law, with former experience at Roboze, Tenaris and Saipem, she brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in multinational environments across the manufacturing, energy, maritime and construction sectors. Combining deep legal expertise with a strong commercial mindset, she partners with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making, support growth initiatives, and manage risk in complex environments.

She has a strong track record of advising Boards of Directors, C-suite executives, and international stakeholders on corporate governance, compliance, M&A transactions, employment law, ESG, health and safety, and organisational transformation. Her approach is centred on aligning legal strategy with business objectives, with the aim to create efficient and compliant operating frameworks that enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

She is also a founding member and Managing Director of the General Counsels Association.
