Career biography

Corrado Druetta has served as General Counsel of the Pininfarina Group since January 2025, overseeing legal and corporate affairs department. In this role, he also acts as Corporate Secretary, supporting the Board of Directors on compliance and governance-related activities.

An internationally experienced legal executive, Mr. Druetta has built his career within leading multinational companies operating in the automotive, industrial automation and advanced manufacturing sectors. Before joining Pininfarina, he was Head of Legal at OSAI Automation System, a Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) listed company where he was responsible for legal affairs and corporate governance. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility within Comau (part of Stellantis Group), where he served in several senior legal roles, providing strategic legal support to global business operations, complex commercial transactions and compliance initiatives. He also gained valuable experience as Contract & Legal Claims Manager at Maire Tecnimont.

Mr. Druetta began his professional career in private legal practice, specializing in civil law, labour law and intellectual property law before moving into in-house legal roles with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where he advised on international commercial contracts, cross-border negotiations and litigation.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in corporate law, compliance, commercial transactions, governance, risk management and international business operations. He is also actively engaged in the Italian in-house legal community through professional associations (in his capacity of Local Representative for Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta of Italian Association of In-House Counsels AIGI) and legal mentoring initiatives and has authored several publications on legal issues relating to innovation, industrial automation, robotics and emerging technologies.
