The Irish operations of global consulting firm Mercer are based in Dublin, where a range of business operations are undertaken and the company therefore require a solid legal foundation from which it can achieve its aims. Keith Walsh acts as Mercer’s chief risk and compliance officer for Ireland and continental Europe, including 14 offices across the region including the large markets of France, Germany and Switzerland. The function are involved in the legal and compliance aspects of a variety of activities across these jurisdictions including pension consulting and administration, health and benefits consulting and advice, insurance mediation, talent consulting and investment consulting, showing the breadth and depth of their talent in applying legal advice in these numerous different ways.
