Led by the dynamic lawyer Juan Pablo Ovalle, IBM’s legal department in Colombia has won many plaudits for providing strategic advice to the business, generating creative and proactive solutions to the challenges that it faces. By working with engineers and commercial partners, the team has created legal processes that are faster and better suited to the commercial needs of the company.
