Career Biography

Passionate executive with over 18 years of experience in top law firms and national/multinational companies. Currently, I serve as Legal Vice President for Latin America at Aramark, a leading multinational company in food services and facilities management. My legal journey began at Morales & Besa, a leading Chilean firm, and continued at ENAP, Chile’s state-owned oil company.

Today, I lead legal operations in Chile, Argentina, and Mexico, managing a high-performing and engaged in-house team and coordinating external advisors for resource optimisation. I contribute to global and regional committees and initiatives on ethics, innovation, sustainability, technology/AI, and DEI, with a strong focus on gender equity and inclusive leadership. I am part of Aramark’s Latin American Executive Committee, reporting to the International Legal VP in Philadelphia.

My mission is to provide strategic, high-quality legal counsel, driving growth, innovation, and sustainability with ethical commitment and adaptability. Skilled in negotiation and crisis resolution, I foster collaborative problem-solving aligned with business needs.

Beyond roles, I am defined by purpose, discipline, and joy. As a former national rhythmic gymnastics athlete, I represented Chile internationally, learning resilience, humility, and how to perform under pressure from a young age. Despite intense training, I graduated top of my class with full scholarships, proving my drive for excellence with heart.

I believe in empathetic, authentic leadership and actively champion female leadership. I sponsored the first Regional Reverse Mentoring Program for emerging female talent, currently serve as Executive Sponsor of the “Empower” ERG, and now act as an Advisor to Aramark LATAM’s new Talent Accelerator Program. I also serve as Executive Director of Abogadas In-House Chile, a community of more than 1,000 female in-house lawyers, where I lead strategic initiatives for the network and mentor legal professionals. Additionally, I serve as a judge for Leading Lawyers Chile and collaborate with ComplianceLatam to strengthen professional standards and ethical practices across the region, as well as with GENIAS, a community that seeks to strengthen the Genias ecosystem and create a space for growth, support, and visibility for women leaders, mentors, speakers, and role models across different fields.

Throughout my career, I have received multiple recognitions, including Leading Woman by WEF, Legal 500 GC Teams Powerlist, and finalist for Chilean Executive of the Year. I was honored as an SW50 Winner, recognising Chile’s 50 most influential women leaders; Leading Lawyer In-House category; and Legal 500 GC Powerlist.
