To name only few of the reasons for this nomination, Alina Dumitrascu is not only a true professional with impressive legal and regulatory knowledge, she is also a game changer, using all her great energy to modernise work processes. She has built a great legal team which deals with a wide range of legal issues (corporate, regulatory, disputes), with lawyers formerly working with reputed law firms deciding to join her.

It is worth mentioning that beyond being a great professional, she is also an activist for children, especially for young girls rights. She founded Smartastic Lab – a non-profit organisation whose mission is to change mentality regarding gender equality and a book author she has published “Ce este constitutia?” – an amazing book which explains the Romanian Constitution to children.

In all these years, I think she has grown into what I can call a “best in class” corporate counsel, one who is quick in noticing difficulties and risk and knows how to handle them, while also empowering her team and working effortlessly to achieve great results for her company. I have seen her at work numerous times, and her ability to delegate and efficiently manage hear team is not underscored by her selfless willingness to roll up her sleeves and work alongside the team herself. This feature I think is quite rare among corporate counsel and should be endorsed on its own. All this I think strongly recommend Dumitrascu for inclusion within the GC Powerlist.
