Since beginning her professional legal career, Romanova has acquired expert legal skills in dispute resolution and an advanced knowledge of the oil and gas sector in the Central European region. She has recently been involved on a number of company activities concerning a range international and domestic investments worth billions of hryvnia in politically testing times. Before joining Metinvest, Romanova spent 12 years at international law firm Baker McKenzie CIS including four years as partner between 2008 and 2012.
