Rodrigo Valda Yanguas is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over 15 years of experience steering high-stakes corporate strategy, regulatory affairs, and risk management across leading multinational enterprises. Currently serving as legal manager at Tigo Bolivia (Millicom Group) and formerly leading the legal department at Cervecería Boliviana Nacional (AB InBev), Rodrigo has established a strong track record in complex labour and commercial negotiations, antitrust litigation, crisis management, and designing robust ethics and compliance frameworks from the ground up.

Holding an LL.M. in legal practice from ISDE, executive credentials in compliance from The George Washington University School of Business, and international certifications in corporate governance and anti-money laundering, he acts as a strategic business partner to executive boards—delivering forward-looking legal solutions that drive sustainable commercial growth while safeguarding organisational reputation.
