Bergman Balcazar Roca, lawyer by profession, obtained their Bachelor of legal sciences from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and is currently studying the last module of their master’s degree in business law (MDE) from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra. He possesses more than ten years of work experience, with knowledge in administrative law and administrative procedure, mainly performing functions in the legal area of financial intermediation entities, in positions of legal assistant, legal advisor and currently the Administrative Legal Head of Banco Ganadero. He is responsible for the supervision and compliance of different legal requests, the monitoring of judicial processes, preparation of contracts with suppliers and services with national and international companies. He also advises the different bank managements regarding compliance with current regulations, as well as, supporting the management and sub-management of legal in meeting requirements, analysis of internal procedures, conflict resolution, and in planning and continuous improvement of the area.
