Executive vice president and chief legal officer | Philips
Marnix van Ginneken joined Philips’ legal department in 2007 and became head of group legal in 2010. He is responsible for the various group legal departments including corporate and financial law, legal compliance and M&A.
In 2014 his role evolved to chief legal officer and member of the executive committee and in 2017, he was appointed member of the Philips board of management.
Prior to joining Philips, van Ginneken worked as an in-house lawyer for AkzoNobel as well as in private practice.
