Domenico is a qualified European attorney, a professional mediator and the head of privacy legal at Philips. In this role, he leads the central privacy legal team and advises on all aspects of privacy and data protection law within the Philips Group. This ranges from advice on strategic issues related to the latest technological developments such as artificial intelligence, internet of things and blockchain to the adoption of data strategies and the implementation of global privacy compliance programs. Additionally, he manages interactions with data protection or telecommunication authorities.

Domenico has successfully managed a wide range of privacy, data protection and cybersecurity legal projects, at a pan-European level and beyond, with a particular focus on health data. He also acts as a group strategic legal advisor on all legal matters related to data and cybersecurity law.
