The legal team of Mondelēz at the Italian arm of American multinational food and beverage company Mondelēz is behind some of its most high-profile acquisitions in the region as of late. Mondelēz employs approximately 107,000 people around the world and has an annual revenue of $30bn through its operations in approximately 165 countries. Managing the Italian legal processes, the legal team has been tasked with the recent challenges in the food market and regulatory changes that are impacting on Mondelēz and its competitors in the region. The team has guided and supported the business in its new projects. Some of which has contributed to the company’s status in the Italian food and beverage market.
