Over more than 11 years at Unilever, she has progressed from local legal roles to leading regional and international challenges across markets including Chile, Peru, and North America, ensuring compliance while strengthening the company’s legal strategy. Today, as Associate General Counsel Chile, her impact extends well beyond the legal function, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.

Among her most notable achievements are leading complex corporate transformation initiatives, implementing compliance, data privacy, and responsible Artificial Intelligence programs, as well as contributing to the advancement of the legal profession through the co-founding of Abogadas In House Chile and her participation on leading industry and self-regulatory boards in the country.
