Career biography

Ralvin Gross is Head of Legal and member of the Executive Board at Casa Brugal. He leads the legal function for the Brugal business globally, advising on commercial, corporate, tax, compliance, regulatory and M&A matters across international markets. In addition, he supports Edrington’s business interests across Latin America, with a particular focus on The Macallan brand and related strategic initiatives in the region.

Prior to joining Casa Brugal, Ralvin Gross practiced with Headrick, Rizik, Álvarez & Fernández, one of the Dominican Republic’s leading law firms, where he advised local and international clients on tax planning, corporate transactions, due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.

Ralvin Gross serves on the Board of Directors of ANJE (Asociación Nacional de Jóvenes Empresarios) and Fundación Brugal. He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and a master’s degree in taxation from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
