Career Biography

Rosa Rodríguez Rico is the Head of Legal, Regulatory and Institutional Affairs for Iberia, Italy and Latin America at Securitas Direct-Verisure, a leading provider of security services for individuals, homes and small businesses.  

Rosa Rodríguez Rico has extensive international experience. Since joining Securitas Direct in 2014, she has played a key role in the company’s legal and regulatory expansion into strategic markets. In 2018, she took on the role of Deputy General Counsel and Head of Regulation and Public Affairs at Verisure, the group to which Securitas Direct belongs; this is a strategic role for the company that has enabled her to drive various legal initiatives at an international level. 

Rosa also has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector and, throughout her career, has held positions of responsibility, including Head of Corporate Law and Regulatory Compliance at Vodafone, Secretary to the Board of Directors at Jazztel, playing a very active role in its launch; and Senior Associate at PWC, advising technology companies. 

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto, an LLM from the Instituto de Empresa Business School, an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School, and has recently completed the ESADE Course for Directors. She is Chair of the Board of Directors of Multinacionales con España, a member of the CoESS Board, and a Trustee of the Verisure Foundation and the ESYS Foundation.
