Career Biography

Maricielo Illesca is a lawyer with over seven years of experience in the corporate sector, specialising in strategic legal management within demanding business environments. I currently serve as Head of Administration and Legal at Honda del Perú, where I comprehensively lead the legal, procurement, and infrastructure areas, contributing a cross-functional vision focused on operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation for the business.

I have developed my professional career within the organisation, starting as an intern and progressively assuming positions of greater responsibility. This has allowed me to acquire in-depth business knowledge, as well as a solid ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale strategic projects.

I hold a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of Lima, complemented by international academic experience at the University of Navarra, which has strengthened my global perspective in legal and commercial decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have led complex legal processes and significant corporate projects, currently serving as Project Leader for the implementation and relocation of one of the company’s offices to new locations. I ensured the seamless integration of legal, contractual, operational, and infrastructure aspects.

I am characterised by a strategic approach, collaborative leadership, and strong execution capabilities, all geared towards driving organisational transformation and sustainable business growth.
