Career Biography

Arleta Adamus is a legal advisor whose career has always been closely aligned with business. She currently serves as General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer at the InPost Group, where she is also a member of the Leadership Team and Vice President of the Management Board of the InPost Foundation. The Group operates across multiple European markets, including Poland, Iberia, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom. In her role, she works closely with the Supervisory Board at the Luxembourg holding level, including key committees such as the Audit Committee.

Before joining InPost, Arleta served as a legal advisor to companies within the Orange Group (including Emitel S.A.) and the PKN Orlen Group (including Orlen Oil). Her contributions to the profession have been widely recognised: in 2022, Forbes Women named her one of the 25 Best Female Lawyers in Business.

Arleta is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is a certified mediator. She has also completed postgraduate studies in modern technologies at Jagiellonian University and in Professional Supervisory Boards at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
