Career Biography

Sophie Grulois joined Cofinimmo in April 2020. She holds a law degree from KU Leuven (1998), an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London (1999), and an Executive Master in Real Estate from Solvay (2011). In 2023, she completed a finance course at INSEAD. Sophie began her career as a lawyer, specialising in corporate law. From 2004, she spent seven years as Legal Manager for Europe at Goodman, an Australian industrial property group. Between 2013 and 2020, she worked at Immobel, where she led the legal department from 2016 onward. Beyond her professional role, Sophie is actively involved in the BE-REIT association and UPSI/BVS. She has been a member of Cofinimmo’s Executive Committee since 1 June 2024. As General Counsel & Secretary General and Compliance Officer, she oversees the Legal, Corporate Governance, and Information Management departments.
