Career Biography

Nathalie Fivet is the Senior Legal and Commercial Manager for Fujitsu in Belgium and Luxembourg. A seasoned legal executive, she was recognised for her outstanding contributions by being named in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist for the Benelux region in 2023.

At Fujitsu, Fivet leads comprehensive legal and commercial support for the IT services and products business. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of technology, intellectual property and data protection law, including complex outsourcing and transformation projects,  licenses, cloud services, digital services. She is a key advisor in structuring, drafting, and negotiating major deals and partnerships, providing strategic risk analysis and mitigation for new and existing business.

Prior to her current role, Fivet spent nearly a decade at Hewlett Packard (formerly EDS), where she managed legal and contractual support for major outsourcing deals across the EMEA region. There, she was instrumental in negotiating complex, multi-national agreements, including contracts valued in excess of one billion dollars. Her career is built on a solid foundation that includes managing a legal team at the Belgian Post (De Post/La Poste) and practicing as an attorney at the Brussels Bar.

Holding postgraduate degrees in corporate finance and business economics, Fivet combines deep legal knowledge with strong commercial acumen, making her a pragmatic and results-driven business partner. She is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
