Career Biography

Julie Van Cauwenberghe is Head of Legal and Compliance at Vendis Capital, an independent investment company specialising in high-growth businesses in the consumer goods industry across Europe. Since joining the firm in February 2019, she has led the firm’s legal and regulatory matters, including but not limited to the set-up and structuring of investment funds managed by Vendis and the obtaining of the firm’s full AIFMD license.

She began her legal career at Linklaters in September 2005, where she worked as a managing associate focusing on corporate law advice and M&A transactions. In August 2013, she joined Argo Law as a senior associate where she developed experience in investment fund set-up and structuring.
