Career Biography

Since 2006, Corneel Ryde has served as General Counsel Europe and Asia Pacific at the CSC Group (Delaware, US), which acquired the Intertrust Group (Amsterdam) in 2022.

Previously, he was Senior Legal Counsel at Fortis Bank (Brussels) and before that he was Senior Consultant at Deminor.

He began his career as Attorney at law and member of the Brussels bar at Janson Baugniet.

He holds a Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées en Droit Economique – Honours from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1996 -1998), a Master in Corporate Law and a Master in Law – Honours from the Catholic University of Brussels.
