She coordinates the legal activities of all Bitdefender entities within the group, offering comprehensive oversight of areas such as contract law, intellectual property, employment, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Her role also includes supervising external counsel, contract negotiations, IP strategy, coordinating litigation, and approving marketing and communications materials and compliance matters to ensure full legal compliance across all regions.
