Ghada A. Sammur is a key architect of the legal and governance framework that underpins operations across more than 30 businesses in over 30 countries for Alghanim Industries, one of the Gulf’s largest privately-owned multinational corporations.

Also acting as the Group Company Secretary for Alghanim Industries, Ghada has been a key driving force in the company for over 14 years and has been part of a team which has engineered innovative corporate structures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. She designed and currently manages the company’s extensive global trademark portfolio and its centralized Powers of Attorney database, creating a robust model for protecting intellectual property and ensuring seamless legal authorization across a highly diversified enterprise. Her leadership in flawless executing Annual General Assembly Meetings for Alghanim’s regional entities has established a benchmark for multi-jurisdictional compliance and corporate diligence.

Ghada’s counsel is integral to the company’s most strategic commercial and investment decisions. She was a core member of the legal team that executed Warba Bank’s acquisition of a 32.75% stake in Gulf Bank from Alghanim Trading Co. WLL in April 2025. This landmark transaction highlights her expertise in navigating complex, high-stakes M&A within the region’s intricate regulatory environment.

Further demonstrating her role in pioneering initiatives, Ghada was instrumental in the legal efforts to introduce Starlink’s satellite internet technology to global markets.
