I believe that the best way to lead is by example, and this involves having no bias towards people and ideas. All contributions from the members of the legal department are valued and taken into account when analyzing any case that comes to our attention. Inclusion and diversity start with respect and recognition. We work with human beings, and every person has a point of view that contributes to the strategy, development, and implementation of all bold solutions. Thinking outside the box begins at home.

In your opinion, what are the main trends that are salient in your country currently (these can be legal, political, economy or business-based)?

In my opinion, the new business trends are related to agility and the integration of different disciplines in the implementation of efficient solutions focused on real customer satisfaction (customer centricity). This particularly applies to legal departments, and it is our responsibility as leaders to apply and understand the new trends and technologies that enable us to fulfill our goals.
