Career Biography

Margaret is a Chilean lawyer, with 20 years of international experience in both corporate counsel roles and law firms. Specialised in labor law and compliance, she has held multiple positions in highly competitive industries such as retail and entertainment, always focusing in creating value and positioning the legal and compliance functions as key players to the business. Passionate about leading people and collaborate to achieve shared goals, developing an agile and strategic mindset and creating innovative solutions to improve legal processes and operations. She has successfully managed a wide range of projects and initiatives within Latin America. Currently, she is leading the legal team in adidas Colombia, position which she previously held in adidas Chile, being in charge of corporate, brand protection, data privacy, customs and consumer matters, as well as government affairs, compliance and social impact topics.
