Felipe Falcone Perruci is Stellantis’ Automobiles legal director for South America, one of the largest automotive groups in the world, with 14 iconic brands, such as Maserati, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, Peugeot and Citroën, and a leader in the region. He has worked in the group for 15 years and has 25 years of legal practice in large law firms and as a corporate lawyer. Strong performance in the management of litigation and corporate risks, contracts, environmental, among others.

He has led M&A projects over the past few years and restructuring operations for critical suppliers and special situations. He holds a degree in Law from Faculdade Milton Campos (2002), a master’s degree in business law from the same faculty (2005). Postgraduate degree in Sports Law from UCAM – RJ Universidade Cândido Mendes (2019) and Certified by Sports Industry Essentials – Columbia University – New York (2019). PhD in Business Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG (2021). In addition, he has an MBI – Master Business Innovation – Advanced Automotive Industry 4.0 (2023). Former president of the Corporate Advocacy Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, Minas Gerais (2022-2024).

Founder of IMDD – Instituto Mineiro. of Sports Law. Member of IBDD – Brazilian Institute of Sports Law. Member of the International Association of Sports Law – IASL. He has been a professor of Business and Civil Law since 2002. Author of several books and articles on Business and Sports Law.
