Current Director of the Legal, Tax, Compliance, Risks and Internal Controls Departments at Grupo Mateus, the 3rd largest retailer in Brazil, was invited to join C-level as one of her missions to strengthen the company’s Corporate Governance, which made its IPO in 2020.

For 15 years worked in the GPA, until the end of 2023, having as most significant projects those that involved several corporate restructurings, besides the reformulation and implementation of systems related to tax information; also worked on the development of the Gender Equity Program, which has become one of the pillars of Diversity in the Group; and was a member of the Board of Directors of the GPA Credit Cooperative from 2016 to 2023. Member of the Fiscal Council of the NGO Sustenidos, which manages the Municipal Theatre of São Paulo and Tatuí/ SP since January 2021.

Graduated in Law from PUC/SP with a Post-Graduation in Constitutional Law from the Higher School of Constitutional Law, ESDC/SP; held training for Directors of Administration at IBGC in 2019. Guest speaker at Congresses and Committees on different topics to various economic segments. Paulistana, 49 years old, currently resides in São Luís do Maranhão/MA.
