Career Biography

Gunnvor Dyrdi serves as general counsel at Shearwater GeoServices, a position she has held since the beginning of 2019. Her background includes a combination of legal and commercial experience. Prior to joining Shearwater, Gunnvor Dyrdi worked with an international law firm, Wikborg Rein, specialising in corporate and transactional law. She has a master law degree from the University of Bergen, including one-year studies in the USA, and is a certified Norwegian lawyer. Gunnvor Dyrdi is also a member of the Norwegian Shipowner Association’s judicial committee.

Gunnvor Dyrdi has held various board positions, including for the Norwegian Shipowner Association. She currently serves as Director of the Board in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (listed on Euronext Growth) and Shearwater GeoServices AS, as well as Board Secretary in Shearwater GeoServices Holding AS.
