Despite the seniority of his role, former Van Ness Feldman LLP partner Curt Moffatt is right at the start of his in-house career. Leading a 23-strong team at North America’s largest upstream business, he helps support operations across the US and Mexico, including two LNG terminals and related infrastructure. ‘Curt not only brings a strong strategic vision, he combines a rich political background with a deep understanding of the industry and the law,’ says one private practice source.
