Randi M. Booth, senior vice president and general counsel, oversees the legal function for the Intertype Polymer Group. Her remit includes governance matters, corporate contract matters, litigation, securities and regulatory matters, intellectual property matters and employment matters. She expertly manages the internal legal team and oversight of outside counsel use and expenses and acts as secretary of the public company, handling board relations from a governance perspective as well as minute taking for the board and audit committee. She assumed the role in November of 2015 after working as a vice president and counsel at Deutsche Bank for nearly five years, and, as an associate at the New York offices of Arnold & Porter and Pillsbury Winthrop Shawn Pittman for over six years. Intertape Polymer Group is the market leader in the packaging industry and it leads the way in advanced manufacturing techniques and technology, research and the breadth of its product offering. Booth is a talented leader having founded the in-house legal team at the Group and has seen it develop strongly.
