Roderick Palmore is already a household name, having been repeatedly recognized for his efforts in the diversity drive. He literally wrote the book on the topic, in 2004 – A Call to Action, Diversity in the Legal Profession. Following its publication, he went on to chair the Leadership Council on Leadership Diversity. He also sits on the executive committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and is a director of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
