James joined Convatec from Zigup plc, where he was General Counsel and Company Secretary. James brings significant listed company and legal practice experience, having previously held senior legal roles at London Stock Exchange Group plc and Freshfields. James trained and qualified as a solicitor at Freshfields, is a graduate of BPP Law School and holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.
