Multi Development Corporation is a leading owner, manager and developer of shopping centres across Europe. Its Turkish branch, Multi Development Türkiye, runs shopping centres that cover 925,000 square metres of retail space, with over 2,100 tenants and over 160 million visitors every year. Led by legal manager Senay Donmez Gun, the legal team played an integral role in launching the company’s 15th shopping centre in Turkey in 2015 by managing contractual relations with its partner on the project, Altındağ Gayrimenkul. In 2016, changes to the company’s management board were facilitated by the legal team, which helped to ensure the restructuring complied with Turkish company law without disrupting operations.
