In August 2018, the TE Connectivity legal team worked on completing its acquisition of ABB’s Entrelec terminal block business. Amongst its other large-scale transactions, the legal team assisted in the acquisition of Jaquet Technology Group, a global leader based in Switzerland that designs and manufactures innovative speed sensors for the auto, rail, and power markets.
