The Kuehne + Nagel Group has a long established history since 1890. It has been headquartered and SIX stock-exchange listed in Switzerland for decades. The corporate legal department is made up of three lawyers, two compliance staff, a global head of data protection, and two personal assistants. Dr Christian Haslach serves as deputy general counsel and inter alia overlooks agreements of global reach as well as M&A matters.
